Returns & Complaints
If you want to return any ordered products, please let us know by sending us a filled out return form (found here). The filled out form should be sent to us along with the returned order to the following address:

The product you wish to return cannot bear any traces of use. It should be complete, in its original packaging, tags and labels included. A refund for the order, including the shipment cost, will be made to the bank account number specified by the customer in the return form within 14 days from the day we receive the returned products.
The refund of the delivery costs is made only in the cases when the order is returned in full. The cost of returning the order to the store is paid for by the buyer.
We do everything possible to make sure that the products you get are free from all and any defects. However, if you noticed a defect you can fill out a complaint. The complaint should be sent on the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
The complaint will be handled within 14 days from the day we receive it. We will inform you by e-mail, or by telephone about the proposed solution to the problem. If the claim is justified, we will replace the defective product with a new one (free of any and all defects), or we will remove the defect entirely.
